Progression Opportunities
At Path2 Solutions, we appreciate the importance and challenge of progressing learners into employment following programme completion. Our employer engagement team works tirelessly to provide all learners with interviews directly following completion by tapping into our employer network. Our team will also work in collaboration with your existing personnel to make sure that together we find the best outcome for the learner.
WHAT'S THE RISK?

At Path2 Solutions, we understand the importance of having motivated and committed learners. We provide a comprehensive screening process to ensure that the learners are genuinely interested in the course, the end employment opportunities and that they are likely to remain committed to the programme. Furthermore, we offer ongoing support to ensure that the learners are engaged throughout the course. And, despite the work and support that we offer to attract and engage learners, we DO NOT CHARGE until a learner completes your programme. Meaning that if a learner does not turn up or is not retained, there is no risk to you at all. This is why we really do back our screening programme to produce committed and motivated learners.
At Path2 Solutions, we believe in a holistic approach to training. We understand the importance of developing skills, knowledge, and competencies, but in order to succeed, we also appreciate that first you must overcome a number of challenges across various aspects of running successful training provision.
